Bahan Membuat Tongseng Daging:

* Daging
* Ati
* Kubis
* Tomat

Bumbu:

* Bawang merah
* Bawang putih
* Merica
* Garam secukupnya
* Gula secukupnya
* Kecap

Cara Membuat Tongseng Daging:

1. Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih sampai harum, masukkan garam, merica, dan gula.
2. Masukkan daging, tambahkan air. Masak hingga empuk.
3. Mendekati empuk, masukkan ati.
4. Setelah empuk, cemplungin kubis, aduk rata. Tambahkan kecap manis.
5. Angkat dan sajikan.’
