Squid Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients :
  • 300 gr medium–size squid
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 50 g onion, cut roughly
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salty soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 gr shimeji mushrooms (japanese mushroom), clean and cut into pieces
  • 150 gr bok choy, boil
Directions of Squid Stir Fry Recipe :
  1. Clean the squid, remove its ink bag and husk. Wash clean, cut crosswise 1/2 cm. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil and saute garlic and onion until wilted.
  3. Insert the squids, enlarge the fire, stir quickly until the squids become stiff.
  4. Add tomato sauce, oyster sauce, salty soy sauce, sugar, and pepper powder and stir well. Then insert the shimeji mushrooms, stir well.
  5. Put the bok choy on serving plates neatly, then pour the stir fry squid on it. Serve warm.

FRIED MUSHROOM RECIPE

Fried Mushroom Recipe

Ingredients :
  • 10 pieces of fresh shitake mushrooms
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking oil
Flour Dough :
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 150 ml soda water
  • A chicken egg white, beat until stiff
Complement :
  • Chili Sauce
Directions :
  1. Wipe the mushrooms clean.
  2. Sprinkle mushrooms with salt and pepper until blended.
  3. Flour Dough: Mix flour garlic, pepper and salt until blended.
  4. Pour the soda water and stir well.
  5. Add beaten egg whites, mix well.
  6. Dip each mushroom in flour batter.
  7. Fry until golden and dry.
  8. Remove and drain.
  9. Serve with Hot Pepper Sauce.

MUSHROOM BEEF RICE RECIPE

Mushroom Beef Rice Recipe

Ingredients :
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 20 g onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 75 g beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 pieces hioko mushrooms, chopped
  • 200 g rice fluffier, washed, drained
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 400-500 ml of beef broth / water
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Complement :
  • Vegetable omelet
  • Pickled cucumbers
Directions to Make Mushroom Beef Rice :
  1. Saute onion and garlic until wilted and fragrant.
  2. Enter the beef, stir until it changes color.
  3. Add mushrooms, stirring until wilted.
  4. Enter the rice, stirring until blended. Lift.

  6. Cook as usual until the rice cooked.

Mushroom Satay Recipe

Ingredients :
  • 500 g oyster mushrooms
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 pieces onions
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter sufficiently
  • Water
  • Skewers
  • Lemon
Directions of Mushroom Satay Recipe :
  1. Cut the mushrooms into pieces that fit to satay, set aside.
  2. Cut onion into cubes.
  3. Saute garlic, pepper, all the existing sauces and sesame oil, add 100 cc of water, enter the mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes, lift and let the spices infuse for 30-50 minutes.
  4. Prick the mushroom with skewer in criss croos with onion. Do it untill finish.
  5. Then, grill the mushroom satay, during the burning spread with butter. Grill until cooked, then serve with lemon, and other auxiliary/complementary.

Butternut Squash Pudding Recipe

Ingredients :
  • 400 gr old butternut squash
  • 4 chicken eggs
  • 100 ml thick coconut milk
  • 5 grams sugar
Ingredients to Make Sauce :
  • 200 ml thick coconut milk
  • 1 sheet of pandan leaf, cut into pieces
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Directions to Make Butternut Squash Pudding :
  1. Peel the butternut squash, seeded, then cut into pieces. Steam the squash in a hot steamer for 20 minutes. Do it untill the squash becomes tender.
  2. Lift the butternut squash, mashed while hot.
  3. Mix the butternut squash with eggs, coconut milk, and sugar. Stir untill blended.
  4. Put in 4 cups/bowls of food. Steam in a hot steamer for 30 minutes.
  5. While that, make one the sauce ingredients, then boil them together.
  6. Lift, Pour the sauce above. Serve warm or cold.

Chinese Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients :
  • 300 grams of white rice
  • 100 grams of shrimp, peel skin and head
  • 1 egg, beaten off
  • 1 stalk leek leaves, cut into oblique
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
Directions to Make Chinese Fried Rice :
  1. Heat the cooking oil, put the eggs, stirring quickly until cooked, remove and set aside.
  2. Saute garlic until fragrant, then enter the shrimp, stir until it changes color. Add leek leaves, stirring until slightly wilted.
  3. Add rice, then season with pepper, salt and soy sauce and stir well.
  4. Add eggs, stir and cook until done, remove from heat.

Easy Fried Chicken Recipe Very Simple

Ingredients :
  • 500 g boneless chicken, cut into pieces
  • cooking oil
Marinade Ingredients Mix well :
  • 3 cloves grated garlic
  • 3 cloves grated red onion
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Flour Ingredients Mix well :
  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 50 g rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch/maizena powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions of Easy Fried Chicken Recipe :
  1. Stir the chicken pieces with marinade ingredients until blended well. Let stand for 1 hour for spices to infuse.
  2. Roll the marinated chicken pieces into flour ingredients until blended well.
  3. Fry in much oil over medium heat until golden brown and dry.
  4. Remove and drain. Serve warm.

Fish Tofu Recipe.

Ingredients :
  • 300 gr snapper, dice
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped up fine
  • 2 cm ginger, chopped up fine
  • 1 tsp tausi
  • Cooking oil to taste
  • 75 g bamboo shoots, cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 250 ml broth
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 pc 10×10 cm tofu, cut into thin slices
  • 2 stalk green onion, slice roughly
  • 5 stem chives, slice roughly
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sago/cornstarch, melt with a little water
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
Directions of Fish Tofu Recipe :
  1. Marinate snapper with corn starch until blended, fry until crispy and cooked.
  2. Heat 3 tablespoons cooking oil, saute garlic, ginger, and tausi until fragrant, put bamboo shoots, oyster sauce, broth, pepper, fish sauce, tofu, leaf onions, and chives and then stir well.
  3. Insert the fish, stir, pour the liquid sago / cornstarch, cook until slightly thick. Add sesame oil, stir briefly, lift.

Ingredients :
  • 2 bunches of spinach
  • 150 gr rice mushroom

  1. Saute garlic until fragrant, insert the shrimp. Stir until the color changes.
  2. Add water + chicken broth, mushroom, spinach, bean sprout, oyster sauce, pepper, salt, flavor. Stir well, remove.
