Gulai Ikan Baung

Bahan Gulai Ikan Baung :
  • 700 gr ikan baung yang sudah dipotong cuci bersih
  • 2 lbr daun salam
  • 2 btg serai, dimemarkan
  • 700 ml santan kental
Bumbu dihaluskan :
  • 8 butir bawang merah
  • 4 butir bawang putih
  • 3 cm kunyit
  • 4 butir kemiri
  • ½ sdt merica
  • 1 cm jahe
  • 1 sdm garam
Cara Membuat Gulai Ikan Baung :
  1. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam dan serai sampai harum.
  2. Masukkan santan, masak sampai mendidih.
  3. Masukan ikan patin, masak sampai matang, angkat siap dihidangkan
